300 tow truck drivers
flashed the vehicles lights and blared their emergency sirens as they went on
protest action this morning in
also handed over a memorandum to a representative of the insurance company
Mutual and Fedral.
Tow truck drivers are members of the SA Motor Body Repairer's Associaton.
The discussions include re-negotiating commercial terms and establishing fair labour rates for repair centres.
The unusual protest attracted spectators and traffic officials had their hands full controlling traffic.
