Makes two cups..
1 large banana
4 dates of choice soaked in half a cup of water for 15 min before use.
1 cup milk or almond milk
2 teaspoons chia seeds.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey.
2 tablespoon Future Life original cereal( optional)
Soak the dates for 15 min before use until it’s soft remove pits and add the water and dates into a blender.
Add all the above ingredients into a blender.
The best thing about this smoothie is you can make it the night before and t doesn’t thicken or the consistency does not change at all. It’s easy for fussy eaters at Suhoor.
