30 gm butter.
2 level Tbs flour.
1 level Tbs corn flour.
2 yolks of egg.
30 gm castor sugar
2 Tbls cream.
3drops vanilla essence.
Pinch salt.
60ml milk.
METHOD
• Make thick white sauce with butter milk n flour
• Remove from heat add sugar n beaten egg yolks
• Cook this mixture on low heat till it thickens
• Do not allow to boil.
• Add cream
