2 Litres milk
1 tin ideal milk
1 tin nestle cream
1 tin condense milk
1 tsp elachi powder
2 Tblsp coconut
2 Tblsp vermicilli
2 Tblsp sago
Few cardamom pods
4T rice cooked soft wash and strain
2t almond powder
Handful of pistachios and almonds.
Place all the above ingredients excluding the condense milk in a non stick pot.
Allow to cook on medium to low heat
Add in the condense milk
Leave on low till thick and creamy
Use a hand blender to give it a quick whizz.
Adjust sweetness flavours as desired.. Top with pistachios and almonds..enjoy
