Pre-fry potato chips & drain.
Prior to serving, heat oil and place chips into hot oil.
Fry until crispy & light golden in color.
1 tablespoon flour
Pinch of salt
Freshly ground lemon pepper
250ml of fresh cream
Grated gouda & Mozzarella cheese (add into your preference)
Melt butter with flour, add in cream & seasoning. Whisk lightly. Add in cheeses & continue whisking until it reaches a desired thickened consistency. Steers seasoning salt. Fresh red chilies cut into rounds. Freshly chopped coriander/dhania (optional). Drain the potatoes chips on a paper towel in a colander. Spice with Steers seasoning. Pour cheese sauce over. Throw over red chilly rounds & sprinkle fresh coriander/dhania. Serve while hot to be enjoyed at its best.
