Ingredients: 2 eggs 1 tin condensed milk ¼ cup milk ¼ tsp elachi powder Self rising flour as needed Ghee / oil for frying 2 Tbsp ghee Method: Mix eggs, condensed milk and milk , ghee and beat well. Add elachi and just enough flour to form a short dough Shape into long finger shapes and fry in deep oil over
medium heat until golden brown. Remove and dip into syrup immediately. Syrup: 3 Cups sugar 2 ½ cups water 1 tsp rose water Method; Boil sugar and water together until it pulls a short thread. Remove from heat and allow to cool before adding rose
