COMPETITION RULES: Sound Advice Voice Challenge

Below are the terms and conditions that are applicable to Radio Islam International’s ‘Sound Advice’ voice challenge competition:

1. By entering the competition and / or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the moderator and Programmes Manager. Their decisions are final. No correspondence will be entertained after that.
3. B.O.D Members of Radio Islam International, Radio Islam International employees or their agencies, and members of their immediate family; members of the sponsors of any competition or any of their affiliated companies and agencies, and members of their immediate family, MAY participate in the competition but will NOT qualify for the winning prize.
4. Prizes are not transferable and are not negotiable.
5. The winning participant must provide their names, ID number, physical address, landline number and cell phone number. (Private details will not be divulged on air).
6. Winners of “major competition or major prizes” on Radio Islam from 2010 and their household members and immediate family members MAY participate in the competition but will NOT qualify for the winning prize. (The definition of “major” is as per the discretion of Radio Islam Management.
7. Submissions should be sent in voice note form to the Whatsapp number given. Any other form of submission to any other number, email address or social media account will not be considered.
8. Submissions that involve derogatory statements, insults or vulgar will not be considered.
9. The winning participant will be required to come live on the airwaves of Radio Islam International.
10. The winning prize is ‘a 3 night stay for 2 at the King Edward Hotel in Port Elizabeth’. Prize does not include travel arrangements and other related expenses.
11. By entering the competition, you give Radio Islam International permission to play out your submission on air and online.
