1 cup garlic
1kg green chillies
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp arad
Salt
4 green peppers
1 bunch green dhana
1/2 cup white vinegar
8 pieces ginger (optional)

PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSER OR LIQUIDISER AND BLEND
