Lenasia Man & Girlfriend Found Dead in Murder-Suicide

Lenasia police are investigating a case of murder-suicide after a 36-year-old man allegedly killed his girlfriend before turning the gun on himself.

It is believed that the incident happened on Saturday night after the couple allegedly had an argument at their residence in Lenasia, extension 13.

During the argument, the couple allegedly sent their son outside to avoid being part of the spat.

According to police, the bodies of the 26-year-old woman and man were found by his teenage son slumped over the bed and on the floor of the master bedroom of their home early Sunday morning.

Police say investigations into the incident are continuing.
