RECIPE CREDIT. …….SUMAIYA_SM

  • I put my onion in pot with ghee and oil and all the whole garam masalas
  • braise till onion soft n golden.
  • I then add my mutton or chicken with ginger garlic, Arad and salt and allow this to cook for a while until meat almost tender.
  • Thereafter I add my Dhana jeero red chillies Arad again green masala which includes coriander, garlic, jeero, green chillies………
  • Braise this for a while.
  • Then I add liquidized tomatoes, let it braise then add your potatoes, let it braise again for a while then add boiling water n freshly cut Dhana
  • I let it boil a bit then add the rice and a spoon full of egg yellow
  • I leave it on the stove for 5min then pop it in the oven to steam. When it comes out if the oven cut up fresh green Dhana. …….
