- I put my onion in pot with ghee and oil and all the whole garam masalas
- braise till onion soft n golden.
- I then add my mutton or chicken with ginger garlic, Arad and salt and allow this to cook for a while until meat almost tender.
- Thereafter I add my Dhana jeero red chillies Arad again green masala which includes coriander, garlic, jeero, green chillies………
- Braise this for a while.
- Then I add liquidized tomatoes, let it braise then add your potatoes, let it braise again for a while then add boiling water n freshly cut Dhana
- I let it boil a bit then add the rice and a spoon full of egg yellow
- I leave it on the stove for 5min then pop it in the oven to steam. When it comes out if the oven cut up fresh green Dhana. …….
