for 2 salmon fillets
Add 1 tblsp olive oil to a pan on quite high heat.
Add salmon to the pan skin side down – then sear for 1 min
Flip over – sear for a minute. reduce the heat to medium. add 1 tblsp soya sauce, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp fire sauce for @sugar_n_ice_by_rae or Tabasco, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tsp lemon juice, after 2 min flip over to skin side down – as the sauce reduces the skin will crispen up. remove from pan taking care not to overcook.
Serve with blanched asparagus or broccoli & corn
