1 Tin Creamstyle Corn
½ Tsp Fine Salt
1 Tsp ground green chillies
Chopped fresh dhania
1 cup self Raising Flour
½ cup milk
Mix altogether (Do not overmix as it will get watery)
Heat 1 tblsp oil in a non stick pan and drop spoonfuls..fry until golden brown evenly on both sides…
Enjoy with Red Chutney
Tip: u could add finely chopped chicken fillet to the batter before frying..
variation: to the above u can add in the following:
take 1 slice bread, 1 small onion, some greens like dhania spring onions , process with a little milk in your food processor
add to sweetcorn mixture..
just before frying add in a tsp of vinegar.
